Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected items, sizes, colors, and shipping address.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1stopbarbieshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and work to make it right if the error was on our end.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Packages marked as delivered by USPS but reported as lost or stolen
